Epic Quest Walkthrough

Epic Quest is a fighting game with role-playing game elements. Epic Quest could be categorized as either a fighting game or an RPG, but since there is a great emphasis on fighting and not much of an overworld, it can be seen as more of a fighting game than a proper RPG.

The objective of Epic Quest is to complete each battle. Completing each battle unlocks the next. If all members of your party are defeated, then the game will be over. For this reason, it is a good idea to save your progress after each battle so that you can continue this fighting game from where you left off if you lose or if you want to take a break. There are four maps to complete, and beating the end boss of each map unlocks the next.

At the beginning of Epic Quest, you will have to customize your party. You have a maximum of one thousand points to allocate and each character has their own point value. To view a character's stats on this menu, simply hover your mouse over that character's name. To add a character to your party, click on the character's circular portrait, then click on one of the three circles that represents your party. To remove a character from your party, click on their portrait to remove it. I advise having a balanced party in this fighting game with a strong character, magical character, and defensive character. Minotaur, Garuda, and Pocong were the characters that I selected, but you may wish to choose others.

As you progress in Epic Quest, your characters will level up and gain new abilities in role-playing game fashion. You can also buy items and additional creatures from shops. You can only bring three creatures into a single battle, however, so choose wisely. To select the characters that you wish to bring into battle, click on the button labeled "Formation" at the bottom of the map screen. The creatures that are currently in your party are displayed in the top three circles.

Epic Quest is an excellent role-playing game that focuses on the combat and doesn't force you to dally with complex storylines or overworlds. If you enjoy fighting games with a wide variety of mythical creatures, then you are sure to enjoy Epic Quest.
