Dragon Fist 3 Walkthrough
Dragon Fist 3 (also known as Dragon Fist 3: Age of the Warrior) is the third iteration of the Dragon Fist series of fighting games (also known as Legend of the Dragon Fist). Dragon Fist 3 features a whopping thirty-two characters, two-player mode, and a character editor.
Like its forerunners, Dragon Fist 3 is a standard fighting game that puts you in one-on-one fights against opponents. Your goal is to defeat your opponent and prevent your opponent from defeating you. The single player aspect of this fighting game feature four sub-modes: Single Player game, where you compete in a tournament against various fighters, Quick Battle, which puts you in a single match against the computer using random characters, Challenge Match which is similar to Quick Battle but allows you to select your characters, and Practice, where you can practice the game's controls. Two-player mode is played from the same computer and spans single matches, similar to Challenge Mode.
If you have played previous Dragon Fist games, then you will have a shallow learning curve in Dragon Fist 3. The WASD keys are used to move, the T key punches (or uses your weapon if it is drawn), the Y key kicks, and the U key draws and sheaths your weapon. If a second player is playing, then the arrow keys move the second player, and the 4, 5, and 6 number keys are used to attack, kick, and toggle their weapon respectively. Unfortunately, the default controls cannot be changed in this fighting game, so your hands may feel cramped, especially when playing against a human opponent.
Dragon Fist 3 has a more serious edge to it compared to its predecessors. Most of the humor is gone, and there is more bloodshed present. The difficulty of this fighting game has also increased. The AI is much smarter this time around and will effectively counter your attacks. To overcome this, you should practice with all of the characters until you find the one that suits your playing style the best. Continue practicing with this character until you've developed the skill to defeat the computer!
Dragon Fist 3 improves upon its predecessors and offers a killer fighting game experience. Do you have what it takes to become a martial arts master? Find out in Dragon Fist 3!
