Box10 Brawl Walkthrough
Box10 Brawl is a fighting game presented by Box10 Games. This fighting game features four selectable characters, outstanding graphics and animation, and two-player mode.
If you are familiar with fighting games such as the Street Fighter or King of Fighters series, then Box10 Brawl will be easy for you to figure out. The objective is to beat your opponent in two out of three rounds. You can play this fighting game against the computer on one of three difficulty levels, or play against a human opponent. Unfortunately, Box10 Brawl does not feature a tournament mode; all fights are single matches.
Box10 Brawl uses the keyboard as its control device. Player one uses the WASD keys to move, the U and I keys to punch and to kick respectively, the O key to perform special attacks, and the K key to block. In a two-player game, the second player uses the arrow keys to move, the 4 and 5 keys to punch and to kick respectively, the 6 key to perform special attacks, and the 2 key to block. It is advisable for player two to activate the number lock and use the numerical keypad keys to perform attacks. The controls of this fighting game cannot be remapped, so you will have to get used to them.
Veterans of fighting games should have no trouble with Box10 Brawl. The only major gripes that may be had are the lack of a tournament mode, the combo system, and lack of selectable characters. Instead of using a variety of buttons and different types of moves, combos are executed automatically by rapidly pressing the punch and kick buttons. The four characters in this fighting game may not be much, but they are well-balanced and well-animated. Experiment with the different characters to learn their fighting styles or just pick the one that looks the coolest to you.
Box10 Brawl is not a perfect fighting game, but it should be enough to satisfy fans of the genre. If you want a quick bout and don't want to loud up Street Fighter, then give Box10 Brawl a try!
