Bot Brigade Walkthrough

Bot Brigade is a fighting game based on the popular Cartoon Network series, Dexter's Laboratory. This strategy game features well-designed graphics, simple controls, and a rock-paper-scissors-type of combat system.

In Bot Brigade, you play as Dexter in a battle against your arch-rival, Mandark. Of course, Dexter and Mandark are not going to fight each other face-to-face as they are scientists, not fighters. Instead, they have both employed their armies of robots to do the battling for them. Your objective is to send robots to batter through Mandark's wall before Mandark's robotic army breaches yours. The game ends in victory f one of your robots breaches through Mandark's barrier; one the other hand, you will be defeated if one of Mandark's robots breaches your wall!

Bot Brigade uses a simple keyboard control scheme. The up and down arrow keys position the crane. Press the spacebar to deploy the robot currently on the crane in the row that the crane is positioned in. The net robot that will be deployed is displayed in the upper-left corner of the screen. Unfortunately, you cannot select the types of robots that you want to deploy in this fighting game; they are chosen automatically at random.

The primary objective of Bot Brigade is to breach Mandark's wall, but you must also prevent his robots from getting through yours. Robots an be sent to intercept Mandark's robots by placing them in the same row. When robots meet, they will fight. The combat system of this fighting game is similar to rock-paper-scissors. Smashers defeat chompers, chompers defeat gougers, and gougers defeat smashers. If robots of the same type meet each other on the battlefield, both will be destroyed. I advise you to refer to the full list of robots under the instructions menu before playing this strategy game.

Bot Brigade may be geared towards children, but older gamers can also enjoy it, especially those who grew up watching Dexter's Lab. If you enjoy strategy games such as the Battle Gear or Heroes Battle series, then Bot Brigade will be right up your alley!
